Welcome to La Tienda Egypt (“La Tienda Egypt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at latiendaegypt.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Who We Are

La Tienda Egypt is a registered Egyptian retailer of padel equipment and the official authorized distributor in Egypt for Nox, Bullpadel, Babolat, Wilson, Tecnifibre, Siux, Drop Shot, Brisk, and Bonelli.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Egyptian law.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We work with official brand sources but cannot guarantee that every detail is free of errors.
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, modify product offerings, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation will be sent by email. The contract of sale is formed only when we send a shipment confirmation.
We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipping restrictions to your address.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Paymob (our authorized payment gateway), which supports:

Visa and Mastercard (including bank installment plans)
Sympl, Valu, Souhoola (BNPL services)
E-Wallets, InstaPay, Meeza
Apple Pay
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Egypt via FedEx (hotline: 19985).
Standard delivery: 1–2 business days.
Same-day express delivery: available in Cairo and Giza for an additional fee.
Shipping fees: EGP 90 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria; EGP 99 for other governorates. Free shipping on orders over EGP 2,999.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, whichever applies under our shipping policy.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

All rackets carry a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, subject to the warranty terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging.
Customized products (e.g., name printing, flag stickers) are non-returnable unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, images, product photography, and code — is the property of La Tienda Egypt or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. La Tienda Egypt’s use of these marks is authorized through official distribution agreements.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
Submit false or misleading information
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data.
We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated, except as required by Egyptian consumer protection law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Tienda Egypt, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
