Free Shipping on Orders Over EGP 2,999

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totalling EGP 2,999 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We recommend entering your address carefully to ensure accurate shipping fees.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via FedEx, one of the most reliable logistics providers worldwide. If you have any questions about a shipment in transit, you can contact the FedEx hotline directly at 19985.

Express Delivery

We offer same-day express delivery for select areas within Cairo and Giza. To secure same-day dispatch, payment must be received in advance — Cash on Delivery is not available on this service.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched on the same business day.

Order Processing Time

Other governorates across Egypt: Up to 5 business days
