Return & Refund Policy - Padel Equipment Returns in Egypt

At La Tienda Egypt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your padel equipment purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective covers intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: socks, wristbands, caps, used grips, and other worn apparel or accessories.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free return or exchange and cover all shipping costs. To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Our team will arrange collection and send your replacement or process a full refund.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons — such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or the product not meeting your expectations — the following applies:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive one of the following:
    • Store credit (voucher) for the full purchase amount, or
    • Refund to your original payment method — processing may take 7-14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process, including how to ship the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified regarding your refund, store credit, or exchange.

5. Discount & Promotional Code Policy

Only one promotional offer, discount code, or gift card may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
